Thai Chili Fried Rice




Ingredients
  • Cooked Rice 200 g (Bhasmathi)  
  • Spinach 25 g (Spliced thin)
  • Cabbage 25 g (Spliced thin)
  • Egg 01
  • chili 3 Pcs (chopped)
  • wild lettuce 5 g
  • vegetable oil 3 teaspoons
  • Fish source 3 teaspoons
  • chicken 50 g (chopped thin)
  • prawn 50 g
  • chili oil 2 teaspoons
  • onion leaves 50 g
  • oil (as your choice)
  • salt
Directions
  1. chicken and prawn pieces fry in heated deep oil for golden brown.
  2. now take some oil to frying pan  on put it on the gas cooker.
  3. after heat, add cabbage and spinach heat for 1 minute.
  4. then add a egg and mix it.
  5. then add wild lettuce and chili.
  6. add fish source and salt to rice . then heat it while mixing for some minutes.
  7. then add chicken,pawn and onion leaves and heat it while mixing.
  8. then arrange it properly for eat at warmly.
